Free limits and upgrading
Free covers your first jobs each month. Start removes the monthly allowance.
Free is not a demo. It gives you a real monthly allowance for quotes, jobs and invoices, and Start removes that allowance once you get busy.
Prerequisites
- You are on Free (
free_presence) unless you already upgraded. - Only an owner or admin can open billing.
What Free includes
- A trade website, live the day you join
- Enquiries, contacts and a basic timeline
- 3 quotes, 3 jobs and 3 invoices each month
- Up to 25 customers
- Basic calendar
- Limited help drafting replies
What Start unlocks
- Unlimited quotes, jobs and invoices
- A follow-up if a quote goes quiet
- Invoice reminders and review requests
- Help drafting quotes and replies
Run adds team members, the crew app, and recurring work.
Steps
Watch the meters
Open Overview. The Free card lists quotes, jobs and invoices used this month.
If you hit a limit
Try to create a fourth quote, job or invoice, and HomeYard tells you you’ve used your Free allowance and offers Start.
Upgrade
Open Settings → Billing, choose Start, and complete checkout.
