Your Overview dashboard
Read today’s numbers, find the work, and know where Inbox, Quotes and Jobs live.
Open Overview each morning to see what needs doing today. It's not a report of last month's work.
Prerequisites
- You have claimed a yard and can sign in at the staff app.
- Any role that can open
/today.
What am I looking at?
Overview tells you three things: how busy today is, what to do next, and how close you are to your Free allowance.
Steps
Open Overview
Sign in and go to Overview, or tap the HomeYard mark. On a phone, the main boards are in the bottom bar.
Read today’s numbers
The top of the page shows today’s count: enquiries, quotes waiting, jobs on. You’ll recognise these from the tour you saw when you signed up.
Use the command bar
Search a customer, quote or job by name. Type a few letters; results open the record.
Open the board you need
Inbox is new enquiries. Quotes is what you have sent. Jobs is accepted work. Payments is invoices.
Tip
On a phone, Inbox, Quotes, Jobs and Schedule are on the bottom bar. Pipeline and settings live in the menu.
