Your first job
Take one job from enquiry to invoice on Free.
This page walks you through one whole job. Each step links to a full article if you need more detail.
Prerequisites
- A claimed yard and a sign-in on the staff app.
- Either a real enquiry from your page, or a customer you can quote directly.
How the job flows
presence → enquiry → customer → quote → scheduled work → completion → invoiceYou can do all of this on Free. That’s three quotes, three jobs and three invoices a month.
Get an enquiry
Someone submits the form on your live page, or you log one in Inbox. See Enquiries.
Send a quote
Open the enquiry or Quotes → New, add the line, send it. See Send a quote.
Accept it
The customer accepts on their link, or you accept it in ops. A job appears. See Accept a quote.
Do the work
Schedule the visit, mark In progress, then Completed. See Complete a job.
Invoice and record payment
Raise the invoice from the job or Payments, then record what came in. See Invoice and get paid.
