No. Free is free forever and needs no card. Start and Run take a card at the end of onboarding and charge immediately.
Annual billing charges for 10 months and gives you 12 — about two months free compared to paying monthly.
Yes. Move between Free, Start, and Run from Settings. Records stay on the account. Reaching a Free limit does not hide or delete work you have already created.
HomeYard does not add a payment platform fee. Stripe processing fees are passed through at cost when you take customer payments.
Mail-outs, follow-up sequences, and more than one location are on higher tiers by arrangement — talk to us when you need them. SMS stays off until you opt in.
Use the free plan quiz if you are unsure. Free is for getting online and running the first few jobs. Start is for a busy sole trader. Run is for when someone else needs to see the same jobs.
