The first job
Accept a quote
Accept it yourself, or wait for the customer. Either way, the job appears.
As soon as a quote is accepted, it becomes a job you can schedule.
Prerequisites
- A quote that has been sent, or that you are ready to mark accepted.
- Remaining Free job slots if you are still on Free.
Two ways to accept a quote
Your customer can open their link and accept it themselves. Or if they agreed by phone or on site, you can accept it for them in ops.
Steps
Open the quote
Go to Quotes and select the quote, or search it from the command bar.
Accept, or wait
If they already said yes, use Accept. If they still have the email, wait. Their accept creates the job too.
Find the job
Open Jobs. Accepted quotes turn into jobs here. When one is booked, it shows on the schedule.

They open the quote on your site, read the lines, and accept. That screen is covered in What your customer sees.
