Open Inbox, match the person to a contact, and start a quote.
Every new enquiry lands in Inbox first. Respond fast to win the work.
Prerequisites
- A claimed yard.
- Either a form submission from your live page, or an enquiry you log yourself.
When to use Inbox
Inbox is where every enquiry starts. Contacts are created automatically when someone submits the form, so you don’t need to type them in first.
Steps
Open Inbox
On desktop, choose Inbox in the sidebar. On a phone, use the bottom bar or the menu.
Select the enquiry
Tap the new row. The message, service and contact details open beside the list.
Match the contact
HomeYard links the enquiry to a contact when the email or phone already exists. If it is new, a contact is created from the form.
Start a quote
Use the action to create a quote from this enquiry. The customer and job notes carry over.

No enquiries yet? Send a test one from your live page, or create a quote directly if you already spoke to them.
